No, not all drives are made the same. Aside from basic differences like logo imprint and shape and memory capacity (DENSITY), there are many differences to be aware of from the quality of material to the quality of workmanship. At FlashByDesign.net, we only manufacture High Quality ABS plastic and Metal USB Drives that will stand up to everyday use. Although most of our customers use our drives for promotional use, they are manufactured to the highest level of production specifications.

Flash memory is a commodity product, and thus has fluctuating prices. In an effort to bring you the best value, as the manufacturer we have the ability to price according to current market prices. Simple answer: 250 pcs for 2D styles. Really there is no minimum order for Custom Shaped 3D designs. There is, however, a one-time tooling charge based on the complexity and size of your design. Call for details.

Our drives are made of Super Strong ABS plastic, as opposed to cheaper PP (polypropylene) which is common for promotional USB flash drives. ABS material is a significant benefit as it is impact resistant and strong enough to withstand 1,000 G Force. This also allows the drive to be completely sonic welded, to prevent dust and moisture penetration. You will not find that on PP shaped Flash Drives.

Its simple. First fill out our Quote Request form or call us to get started. Then, we will contact you and confirm the current prices. We require a 50% deposit at the time of order placement to lock in flash pricing.

We request an ADOBE Illustrator or ADOBE Photoshop file. We can supply you with a digital TEMPLATE in Adobe Illustrator (AI) file type so you can easily layout your logo and images. These can be emailed to us. Then we can create a virtual sample for you for FREE. All photos must be supplied with a quality of at least 300dpi at 100% size.

YES, we can create virtually any special packaging you may require. From Custom TIN boxes, Custom Gift Boxes with 4 Color printing, to Clam Shell and Blister Packaging. Our standard BLACK GIFT BOX can also be custom printed.

Currently we offer Physical Proofs in approximately 10 days. Production for orders less than 5,000 pcs can be shipped from our China factory in 10-14 business days.

Our terms for all custom logo orders require a 50% deposit. Balance is due prior to shipping.

The term FOB stands for Freight On Board. When you purchase 'something' and pay for it with terms 'FOB origin' it means the responsibility of the Seller (FlashByDesign) stops when the 'goods' are delivered to the transporting company at our warehouse in Los Angeles or another "FOB location". We also ship F.O.B. Hong Kong and FOB U.K. (London ). Please call or email for specific details for your destination.

We offer FREE Data Preloads of up to 100MB of data. We CAN preload any data file. We CAN create an AUTO RUN file so that your file will run as if it was part of a CD-ROM or DVD.
